China's Fascinating Development

I have been reading this series of articles on MSN....it is really fascinating to see how fast China is developing. It is very different from the China I left behind 6 years ago.

It's been almost a year I haven't updated my xanga! Since I got engaged and needed to plan and prepare for the wedding, I had almost no time left! But now that everything has quiet down, and the fact that working from home is extremely BORING, I should keep people updated of what's going on in my life.

Last week, Michael and I went to Colorado. It has been nice to get out of the Arizona heat! The highlight of the trip is our little adventure in whitewater rafting.

Sorry....I don't have a picture of us on the raft yet, but I will try to develop them asap.

At first, I was a little doubtful if I would be able to do it since we were doing the advanced route. But it was actually really fun and fortunately I did not fall out of the raft. I will definitely do it again next time, and maybe try to get off to the water to feel what is it like!

We also watched Transformers. Too bad I was so tired and I could not keep my eyes open for the last quarter of the movie. It is a very entertaining and funny movie.

Coolest Birthday Party...

Yesterday I went to the coolest birthday party -- It was Bomi Park's 25th celebration of birth! The theme of the party was black and white, and everybody had to dress up!

The settings of the Party...

The guys....

Lucky Strike

I went bowling with the fellowship today at Lucky Strike.....Man I must have gotten some beginner's luck! I got the highest points ever in my life today! 123 points...yes that's right 123 baby!

To some of you who are bowling genious out there....123 is a very low score...but it is my first score ever over 100! I have four strikes all together in the first game....and my first attempt of the day is a STRIKE....YaY!

Hope I can keep the score up next time...and not fall back to my usual 70s......haha!
